Maybe Olivia Wilde was right this time

Recently Olivia Wilde tweeted saying

“I wish Taylor Swift was in love with a climate scientist”

This is following Taylors recent effect on the American football world after her new romance with Travis Kelce. Swifties have caused a massive increase in demand for tickets.

With this level of cult behaviour Taylor could probably 'inspire' her fans to do anything. Even try to do better for the environment.

Obviously the followers of Swift didn't take kindly to this dig and have been snapping back.

Attacking Olivias dating life in return, focusing mostly on Harry Styles.

"Didn’t she date Harry Styles or am I missing something"

and

"I get it but like also… who is Olivia Wilde to say s—t. I don’t remember harry styles restoring the ozone when they were dating"

Not very effective comebacks in my opinion, they're completely missing Olivias point about Taylors influence and presuming its simply an attack on Travis Kelces character.

Of course neither have done much for the environment, but it was just a silly joke from Olivia, not a genuine dig. And Taylor has one of the biggest carbon footprints of any celebrity so I'm inclined to side against her in any disagreement of this nature.
